Anti-Money Laundering. All financial transactions on the 5bmw1 Platform are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160, as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), and applicable AMLC regulations. 5bmw1 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
5bmw1 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to any specific terms applicable to the individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to your account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Bonus abuse results in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
All games available on the 5bmw1 Platform are governed by the specific rules of each game in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules explicitly state otherwise.
Accepted Bets. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform's system and a confirmation is displayed to the player. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or session timeouts are void and any corresponding deductions from the player's balance will be reversed.
Payout Disputes. If a player believes a payout is incorrect, they must contact 5bmw1 support within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant game result. 5bmw1 maintains game logs and the internal records of the Platform shall be the authoritative source for resolving payout disputes. Disputes raised after the seven-day window may not be investigated.
Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects a live or RNG game in progress, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the respective player accounts. 5bmw1 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of stakes.
Live Casino. Live dealer games are provided by third-party studio operators. The rules of live dealer games are determined by the studio operator and are displayed within the game interface. 5bmw1 is not responsible for decisions made by live dealers that comply with the published game rules.

5bmw1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for cause, 5bmw1 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, funds associated with the breach may be forfeited.
